ETHYLENE OXIDE EMISSIONS STANDARDS. (b) Notification.-- (1) In general.--Not later than 30 days after the Administrator learns of a violation of the standards revised under subsection (a), the Administrator shall notify the public of the violation in a manner determined to be appropriate by the Administrator.…”
