I applaud your last line of questioning and believe that you have really touched on something that is absolutely essential.

The SEC never received any increased or dedicated funding to carry out these new responsibilities.

So we need legislative authority to craft a program that will allow us to give whistleblowers more meaningful recovery on their claims.
