The Senator from Rhode Island is correct. I don't know how the Senator from Kentucky voted when it came to the tax cuts for the wealthy. I don't know, so I can't presume to state it on the floor. I don't know if he voted for the annual budgets to prolong the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan without paying for them. I don't know how he voted on the Medicare prescription drug benefit that was not paid for, at least the $400 billion cost. I will acknowledge he was correct that the unemployment I referred to in November was paid for. I want that clear on the Record and I stand corrected and acknowledge it to the Senator from Kentucky.
