I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 2 p.m. on Monday, May 23; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of the proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed to have expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate proceed to a period of morning business until 3 p.m., with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each; that following morning business, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 1038, a bill to extend expiring provisions of the PATRIOT Act, under the previous order.
