The vigor and commitment of the industry in hooking our kids is unmatched, and I don't think there's a sense of urgency or emergency in this Administration yet for something that could end up being, sadly, part of your legacy, to have stood by and watched as the percentage of kids in America became addicted, hopelessly addicted to nicotine through these products.
