I cannot reconcile, in my mind, how a bank believes that foreclosing on a home, boarding it up, letting the weeds grow in the front yard and the vandals come in and rip out all the copper plumbing until it reaches the point that it becomes a burned out, hollow building and has to be torn down is in the best interest of the banks, let alone the country and the neighborhood.
