I said to the Senator from Colorado that I will join you. If the EPA is responsible for this spill, then I will stand with you. Justice should be done. The point I am making to you is that this leap of logic then--to put Scott Pruitt in charge of the EPA--is really taking away the power of this Agency to avoid that kind of environmental disaster.
