SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Accountability for Endless Wars Act of 2023''. SEC. 2. TERMINATION OF AUTHORIZATIONS FOR THE USE OF MILITARY FORCE AND DECLARATIONS OF WAR.
