The Dream and Promise Act has been pending in the Senate on the desk of Senator McConnell for more than a year. Last month, I sent a letter signed by all 47 Democratic Senators, calling on Majority Leader McConnell to immediately schedule a vote on the Dream and Promise Act. As of today, Senator McConnell has not even replied to this letter.…”
