SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Integrity in Border and Immigration Enforcement Act''. SEC. 2. DEFINITIONS. In this Act: (1) Law enforcement position.--The term ``law enforcement position'' means any law enforcement position in U.S. Customs and Border Protection (``CBP'') or U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (``ICE'').
