Birthright citizenship is the law of the land, which the Supreme Court just upheld in June. But Donald Trump and Stephen Miller’s anti-immigrant agenda will never miss a chance to sow doubt and fear in immigrant communities. The Trump Administration should abandon this latest shameful attempt to subvert the Constitution, federal statute, and clear Supreme Court precedent.
