The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 970) to designate additional segments and tributaries of White Clay Creek, in the States of Delaware and Pennsylvania, as a component of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
