Senator, I am sure you are acutely aware that this is a 4-month program. We are not offering people this benefit indefinitely. I hope we don't have to renew it, but to say that I am going to change my lifestyle and give up returning to the place where I have worked forever, where I was just laid off because they closed the restaurant because of a 4-month program, I don't think so. I think people are more loyal to the workplace if they are treated fairly. And if we end up giving them an additional $1,000 a month, at the end of the day, I think it is the right thing to do.
