The legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 368) recognizing the anniversary of the tragic earthquake in Haiti on January 12, 2010, honoring those who lost their lives in the earthquake, and expressing continued solidarity with the people of Haiti. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
