Have we not been tied up on the floor of the Senate with tactics from those who oppose prescription drug reform, to slow down the Senate debate, to try to stop us from passing this legislation before the August recess? Is it not true that we are now going to have a vote this morning to finally bring this to an issue so we have Members on the Record--Democrats and Republicans--and maybe once and for all we can see who is willing to stand in the path and who is willing to move forward when it comes to the issue you raised this morning?”
