Is it not interesting that if we are going to give a constitutional right to a crime victim without defining who that victim might be, we are giving, under this proposed amendment, such things as the right to notice of criminal proceedings, so that the Government has a responsibility to notify people, without a definition of who those people might be or what class of people might be included?
