It would seem to me if safety is the goal, protecting the public is the goal, that we would concede the obvious, and that is that there are many consumers in America for whom Spanish is the first language, so I'm hoping that from this point that you will think seriously about always requiring it. I can't think of a reason why you wouldn't.
