I ask through the Chair, both the McCain amendment and the Cornyn amendment appear to be paid for out of funds that have already been allocated for creating new jobs in America--the stimulus funds we have voted for. If they are successful in these amendments, they would be reducing the funds that are being used to hire people in New Jersey, Illinois, Minnesota, and other places to go to work. Is that the way the Senator from New Jersey sees it?
