Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the time for debate on the conference report to accompany H.R. 1540 be extended until 4 p.m., with all other provisions of the previous order remaining in effect; further, that at 4 p.m., the Senate proceed to a vote on the adoption of the conference report; that upon the disposition of the conference report and H. Con. Res. 92, the Senate resume executive session and the consideration of the Christen nomination, as provided under the previous order. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
