bigger government, more bureaucrats, more restrictions on the States. As a matter of fact, we create more loopholes for the States to jump through and what we do is deny the States providing kid care for kids. So those 2.6 million children who were going to benefit from this program all of a sudden will not have States providing health care for them. Too much bureaucracy, too much extra cost, too many new hoops to jump through. The States are not going to do it. The States are not going to follow this. And I think it is a bad idea at a bad time.
