I yield myself 30 seconds. To my good friend from Chicago, I just want to say that we devote $2 billion on treatment to HHS and initially $90, $100 million to Justice. We also add and allow $3 million for treatment out of the $140 million for HIDTA's, something that is happening now, especially in areas like Baltimore. And we are strong on prevention. We even have $195 million for media prevention and passed the prevention act this year. So I beg to differ with the gentleman from Chicago but that is the fact.
