“I think this House does not do itself any honor when in my opinion we try to impugn a Members' motives of why an issue is included or an issue is not included. I guess we could go back and forth in this Chamber and point fingers at each other for this issue or that issue or this support or that support, but I think we really need to focus on what those issues are and the positives and negatives, and I will just say that I will continue to watch and in my opinion when we impugn other Member's motives, of either side of this aisle, I do not think that should be tolerated in this Congress, and I will try to make sure that it does not occur.”
