Another interesting thing the gentleman brings up, he talks about a $10 billion increase in economic activities. That just does not accrue to any one area in this country. It certainly accrues across the board. If cities, and especially important cities in Texas and important cities in Illinois and Louisiana and other places, have the ability to get involved and to partake in this, that certainly spreads out. Again, as we talked about, it starts to level out that imbalance of trade that we have. I really appreciate the gentleman's participation and being here tonight.
