I yield myself 1 minute Mr. Chairman, the whole purpose of putting this, as I regret in doing it because it stemmed out of a letter written to the Office of Civil Rights on June 30 with 134 signatures asking for clarification. We have never received that clarification. It is not our intent to stop or to limit any activity, athletic activity, but we want to clarify that for schools who are participating. I think this language takes that action, and I ask for a positive vote on this amendment.
