Let me repeat that, our veterans have rightfully earned their GI Bill benefits, and they should rightfully be restored when bad actors have targeted our vets to make a profit off of them.
No child should die in the water or be separated from their family, citizen or non-citizen.
This body's job is to address the problems in our country, not to spew more hate.
What we should be discussing today is when is Congress going to pass a law to increase access to legal representation for individuals, making sure families are kept together, and providing a pathway to citizenship for dreamers and TPS holders.
