But, look, I don't think it's any secret how the Trump campaign is going to handle it. They're going to handle it the way they've handled everything else. They are going to say this is a judicial fiat to the people of their choice.

There's no doubt about that. But I also want to say this. You know, all presidents sort of feed off of perceptions of the person who came before and they want to position against what people found lacking in the person that came before.
