Yes, if you look -- if you looked up racism and brutality in the dictionary, you'd find Frank Rizzo's picture. He brutalized his citizens, particularly his citizens of color and he celebrated that and ultimately ran for Mayor on that kind of platform as the President is trying to run for on what he calls a law and order platform here.
