I think he is one of the things about Joe Biden is he is very, very concerned about his place in history and where his legacy sits and whether people appreciate the things that have been accomplished over the last four years.
There's no doubt about that. But I also want to say this. You know, all presidents sort of feed off of perceptions of the person who came before and they want to position against what people found lacking in the person that came before.
So the man remained, passed out in the blazing noon sun. I guess that’s how the City of Chicago deals with such situations.
