Well, look, it's obviously a historic day. I think whatever you think about Donald Trump, you have to acknowledge this is probably the most astonishing comeback in American political history.
The president is among those nine percent. Twelve percent of Americans have a favorable view of Vladimir Putin. Most Americans recognize that Vladimir Putin is a murderous, autocrat, dictator, war criminal who instigated this war.
There's no doubt about that. But I also want to say this. You know, all presidents sort of feed off of perceptions of the person who came before and they want to position against what people found lacking in the person that came before.
