I want to thank the chairman for yielding. I note that the State of Illinois has received $4.853 billion in bonds up through January of this year. Many of those have gone to communities that are represented by individuals who certainly are not described as Democrats. As a matter of fact, they've gone to communities throughout the State. These bonds are about building schools, roads, hospitals, creating jobs. There is no way under the sun that I could imagine not voting for this bill. It stimulates the economy, it builds jobs, it puts people to work.
