I believe that child poverty is a moral emergency. It is inexcusable that children in the wealthiest nation in the world...
I agree with you wholeheartedly, and hope that states will find a way to change that policy.
If you eat food, the farm bill matters to you.
So the more comprehensive our approaches are, the more likely we are to see positive results.
