Those citizens who receive a form of public subsidy and live in public housing are continually being harassed. Sounds logical, sounds rational, sounds corrective; but in actuality it is discriminatory, oppressive and regressive. It is tantamount to slavery or at the very lease, involuntary servitude. Let's look at what is being proposed, let's take a hard look at what we are being asked to do.”
