I share comments with all who have spoken for the need of health education and awareness. However, I do not agree that piecemeal in health care will ever get us to the point that we have the coverage that is necessary. Yes, we need a prescription drug program. I agree with that. Yes, the children's health program is helping. But in reality what we really need is universal coverage for each and every American citizen. We need a health system where everybody is in, and nobody is out. We need a system that covers each and every person from the cradle to the grave. While we move towards that, piece by piece, ultimately we will come to the realization that we must have a system, everybody in, nobody out.
