While I am a strong proponent of law enforcement techniques and approaches to try and really get a handle and keep the ingredients away or prevent individuals from having the meth to distribute, I guess I am also a strong proponent of treatment because, well, I just grew up a very simple way where we were told that an ounce of prevention is worth much more than a pound of cure.
