Mr. Speaker, my father used to tell us that he or she who fails to plan, plans to fail. Of course, the same is true when it comes to money management and handling one's finances. This resolution makes all of us aware and reminds us that financial planning is essential to financial security. I am pleased to join in support of this resolution setting aside and recognizing Financial Planning Week. I urge its passage.
