But I really rise to pay tribute to a grand lady of my community, Miss Julia Fairfax, 93 years old, who passed away just last week. The amazing thing about her, though, is she was actively engaged and involved with all levels of community activity up until about 6 months ago. A grand lady, a grand dame, a lady that we shall always remember, admire and respect, Miss Julia Fairfax.
