I hope this Committee will take direction from the Army Corps of Engineers, who requested this increase in authorization...
I agree with you wholeheartedly, and hope that states will find a way to change that policy.
Foster youth have told me that they need connections with loving adults and to stay in touch with their families.
We all lose, and importantly each and every one of our constituents lose, if we aren't able to pass this bill.
