This is a very good and thoughtful amendment, and I thank Ms. Clarke for helping to ensure that the Federal workforce assessment that we require in our report is complete and thorough in its analysis. I would like to also thank Ms. Clarke and her staff for working with the committee on this language, and I strongly support this amendment and urge my colleagues to vote for it.
