These are hundreds of millions of dollars. The list goes on and on: New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin. All those States would be deprived of valuable transportation and infrastructure funds if this amendment passes.”
