I would simply like to make mention at the present time, the gentleman from Florida (Chairman Mica) has talked about the failure of the FAA and the Department of Transportation to put rules in place over the course of the last 5 to 10 years. I certainly agree with him on that. That is why I am happy to see that a portion of this legislation is going to be in the Justice Department so we will have other individuals working on this, and I am quite sure that those individuals and the new Deputy Secretary for Security in the Department of Transportation will be able to put everything in place as quickly as possible.
