There are some who are especially vulnerable to falling victims to this fraud. So I think that this amendment by Mrs. McCarthy and Mr. Kratovil is a very good amendment. I know that certainly I have seen and have had experience with people, especially those who are elderly, falling victim to crimes. I've had them come to my office and have problems about that and trying to clear that up. So I think this is an especially good amendment, and I urge my colleagues to support it.”
