Mr. Speaker, on Thursday, September 20, 2012 I had a delay on my American Airlines flight 1342 from Chicago to Washington, D.C. due to mechanical difficulties. I missed procedural votes on ordering the Previous Question and the Adoption of the rule for Welfare Work Requirements and Stop the War on Coal. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on the above stated bills. ____________________
