I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 5, line 23, strike ``to contribute to'' and all that follows through ``by Iran;'' on page 5, line 25 and insert the following: ``to contribute--'' (A) to the continued development, testing, and procurement of ballistic missile technology by Iran; and (B) to human rights abuses.
