I stand in support of Mr. Murphy's amendment, and this amendment replaces misleading findings about the Keystone XL pipeline's critical faster implementation. The only problem that I see was the majority's argument in that Canada has really--and I agree with Mr. Cohen--that Canada has no way to send oil to China now and no realistic prospect of ever sending oil to China. They won't do anything any time soon. So I think that this is a commonsense amendment, and I certainly stand in support of this amendment.
