I just cannot believe that if this bill passed, it kind of reminds me of a gag rag that we are muffling or gagging the voice of the American people as it relates to our environmental leadership.

I introduced a bill to help address this very problem entitled the Blue Collar to Green Collar Jobs Act, which will create a program at DOE to improve education and training for jobs in the clean energy-related sector.
