Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 14, after line 9, at the end of title II, add the following new section: SEC. 207. IMPACT ON GASOLINE PRICES AND JOBS IN THE UNITED STATES. (a) Determination of Impact.--Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Energy Information Administration shall make a determination as to whether implementation of this title is projected to lower gasoline prices or create jobs in the United States within 10 years. (b) Sunset if Implementation Not Projected To Lower Gasoline Prices or Create Jobs.--Sections 205 and 206 shall cease to be effective if the Administrator of the Energy Information Administration, pursuant to subsection (a), determines that implementation of this title is not projected to lower gasoline prices and create jobs in the United States within 10 years.
