Mr. Secretary, I have a lot of questions that I want to cover, but unfortunately I do not have the time to do it all this afternoon, so I will be reaching out to your office to schedule a meeting where we can more fully discuss some of the priorities that I have already outlined.

What specific policies would you recommend to combat the historic and current discrimination too often faced by Black and Brown farmers in your respective industries?
It's imperative we safeguard both these program titles for our national security and the economic viability of U.S. farmers and ranchers.
I urge the members of this Select Committee to co-sponsor this important legislation and hope to see it passed before the end of the 117th Congress.
