Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: In section 2, strike ``applicable to particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter greater than 2.5 micrometers'' and insert ``for PM<INF>10</INF>''. At the end of section 2, add the following: ``Nothing in this Act precludes the Administrator from proposing, finalizing, implementing, or enforcing the national primary ambient air quality standard or the national secondary ambient air quality standard for PM<INF>2.5</INF>.''. Strike section 3. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 487, the gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Rush) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Illinois.
