It is highly unusually and wholly unacceptable that we are now in the month of November and the administration witnesses have been allowed to repeatedly thumb their noses at requests made by this subcommittee to get them to come here and to testify before the representatives of the American people.

Discrimination and prejudice absolutely should not be tolerated in any government program, any organization, or any individual.
