The Clerk read as follows: Mr. Foster moves to recommit the bill H.R. 1431 to the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith, with the following amendments: Page 5, line 4, strike ``and''. Page 5, line 9, strike the period and insert ``; and''. Page 5, after line 9, insert the following: ``(I) a Board member, during that member's term of service on the Board and for a period of 3 years following the end of that member's service on the Board, shall not be employed with any corporate or other entity which has interests before the Board.
